These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals and entities (“Affiliates”, “you”) participating in the DAXUEN Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by DAXUEN (“we”, “us”, “merchant”).
By registering for and participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate application or account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Affiliates shall have no legal claim against DAXUEN for rejection, suspension, or termination.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated through our system. Affiliates may also generate links for specific products or collections.
If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the most recent valid referral link will be credited.
Affiliates may be assigned promotional coupon codes. If both an affiliate link and coupon code are used, only one commission will be awarded.
Affiliates may not promote any coupon code unless officially assigned.
Affiliates may promote DAXUEN through approved online and offline channels, provided such promotion complies with these Terms.
3. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates will receive commissions based on the commission structure displayed in their dashboard.
Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
Affiliates must provide valid payment details in their account settings to receive payments.
Payment schedules are communicated through the Affiliate Guide.
Only successfully completed and verified transactions are eligible for commission.
Merchant’s Right to Approve or Reject Orders and Commissions
DAXUEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, cancel, invalidate, or reverse any referral, transaction, order, or commission at any time.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving:

Orders that result in refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or cancellations are not eligible for commission.
4. Marketing Materials
We may provide promotional materials including banners, logos, and campaign assets through the Marketing Tools section.
Affiliates may use these materials solely for promoting DAXUEN in accordance with these Terms.
Modification or misuse of brand assets is prohibited.
5. Network and Downline Program
If the Network feature is enabled, Affiliates may invite others to join as downline affiliates.
Network commissions are determined by merchant settings and may be modified at any time.
DAXUEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Network feature without notice.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals.
If a customer disables or clears cookies, tracking may not function properly, and commissions may not be awarded.
Cookie duration is stated during registration and begins when a customer clicks an affiliate link or uses a coupon.
Orders placed within the tracking period may qualify for commission.
7. Removal and Termination
Affiliates may request removal from the Program by contacting:

DAXUEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed inappropriate.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Prohibited Advertising Methods
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using paid advertising channels including, but not limited to:

Direct linking from paid advertisements to DAXUEN’s website is prohibited.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
Any attempt to manipulate the Program, generate artificial traffic, create fake transactions, misuse coupons, or engage in deceptive practices is strictly prohibited.
DAXUEN reserves the right to investigate all suspected misconduct and take appropriate action.
10. Limitation of Liability
DAXUEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
We make no guarantees regarding earnings, traffic, or performance.
11. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
